REPVERNA™ brings adaptive training, nutrition and progress into one connected fitness platform.
REPVERNA™ is an adaptive fitness, nutrition and training platform for workout logging, strength progression, food tracking, meal planning and body progress, with personalized guidance through Repverna Brain.
Create or import a training plan and record weights, reps and completed sets.
Review saved workouts, previous weights and personal bests, with optional progression suggestions.
Log bodyweight and body measurements and review your progress over time.
Build a weekly meal plan with estimated calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat. Adjust food preferences, replace meals, follow cooking instructions and print a grocery list. Calorie and macro targets support meal planning; Nutrition values are estimates. Log confirmed food eaten separately in the food log.
Save daily steps and active-calorie totals manually or send Apple Health data through an iPhone Shortcut after setup and permission. This currently requires the Shortcut; direct native HealthKit sync is not available. Shortcut step totals may overcount overlapping iPhone and Watch samples; compare them with Apple Health.
Share a training room and plan with a partner, keep individual workout logs and view partner workout activity.
Record walks, runs and rides with GPS routes, distance and time, or log them manually. Keep Repverna open for GPS recording: tracking pauses when the app is inactive or the screen locks.
Repverna Brain is the personalized guidance capability inside REPVERNA™, not a separate company. It uses available recorded activity, training and nutrition information to explain patterns and offer optional adjustments. Members review suggested changes.
